The Combi Carrier II Head Fix is simple to use, easy to clean and it is X ray compatible. It allows rescuers to easily operate the latch mechanism on the Combi Carrier II. Additionally, the base plate can be left on the device when stored, saving valuable on-scene time. It also fits on many 16 width backboards that are common in the industry today.
