Hibernia Medical is an innovative Irish company that supplies diagnostic medical devices and medical consumables to Primary Care throughout Ireland. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for telesales, managing sales; processing sales orders, dealing with purchase orders, efficient order fulfilment, maintaining our excellent customer service, managing stock, coordinating product installation, organising product servicing and successfully fulfilling outbound calls to generate new revenue.

The successful candidate will work with the customers directly and other teams within the business to manage order fulfilment and wider customer service activities. This is a full time position with a very competitive salary based in Ballymount, Dublin.
