All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply.

Details, illustrations and specifications in our brochures and website are correct at time of going to print but maybe changed without prior notice dependent on manufacture amendments.

Risk & Retention of title
All goods supplied remain the property of Hibernia Medical Supplies Ltd until such time as payment for goods are made in full from the customer. Hibernia Medical Supplies accepts no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over €500 unless otherwise stated. For orders below €500 goods value, excluding VAT, a nominal fee of €9.00 will be charged. Delivery for large items such as furniture and bulky items will be charged at cost. Carriage will only be charged once per order, and will be at cost including packaging and insurance. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days, however we aim to dispatch stock items for next day delivery. Non stock items can take up to 28 days for delivery. Special same and next day deliveries are available and are subject to individual quotation. Goods are delivered to your ground floor entrance. Please let us know at the time of order if you have restricted access to your practice or if a bulky item is going to need carrying a significant distance.

Quantity Delivered

Every effort will be made to deliver the quantity as ordered. Any shortages or claims of shortages must be brought to the company’s attention in writing within 3 working days. Any claims thereafter will not be entertained and cannot be used as an reason for non payment of account. Any complaint of failure to deliver goods invoiced must also be notified to the company in writing within 3 days of the date of the delivery.

Breakages and Restriction of Liability

The customer must check all goods at the time of delivery, as signature of a consignment note without endorsement may constitute acceptance. If the customer upon receipt does not check the goods then he must endorse the courier’s consignment note as “unexamined”. Any damages, breakages or shortages must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim will be considered after this time.

Pricing

Prices charged shall be the price ruling on the date of order entry. All prices quoted are subject to vat at the current prevailing standard rate unless otherwise stated. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice in the event of currency fluctuation and/or manufacturer’s price alterations. Quotations will be current for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Payment
Terms of payment shall be met "in full thirty days after delivery date". All invoices shall include VAT at the rate then in force and other charges applicable. Payment can be made by Direct debit. For bank details please contact our accounts dept on 01 8665734 or email accounts@hiberniamedical.ie.

Hibernia Medical Supplies Ltd accepts most major credit and debit cards including Laser, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. Cheques made payable to 'Hibernia Medical Supplies Ltd'

Late payment may result in interest charges being incurred and suspension of credit facilities.

Returns Policy Return of Goods
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. No goods will be accepted for credit unless prior arrangement has been agreed. Orders will only be agreed and accepted for return if goods and packaging are received in good re-saleable condition. Goods are returned at the sender's responsibility. Hibernia Medical Supplies Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend all returns to our offices are done so by registered post. Please Note: Special order items are not subject to this returns policy. P&P is non refundable.

All promotional offers must be returned in their entirety.

Goods returned after 7 days are liable to incur the following handling charges:

15-30 days old 15% of invoice value
31-60 days 25% of invoice value
60+ at discretion of Hibernia Medical Supplies

Warranty
All goods are supplied with the product’s manufacture warranty. The company gives no warranty and makes no representation as to the suitability or fitness of any goods for a particular purpose unless expressly given or made in such brochures.

Repair of Goods
Hibernia Medical Supplies Ltd provide an in-house repair service for out of warranty equipment. An initial inspection fee of €75 + vatapplies and subsequent repair work is carried out at a standard hourly rate. Parts and carriage are charged at published rates.
